The TAIslim nightmare...

Hi Betty,

As per request I am sharing my experience with TAIslim and the

sucralose nightmare. When first beginning on the product, it was

touted as all natural. I shared it with a number of people who in

turn also did the same. Every single person it was shared with had a

negative reaction to taking it. One customer ended up in the ER with

severe digestive issues shortly after beginning it. GJ " s wife said it

made her sick to her stomach. GJ also had a very serious side effect

which landed him in the VA hospital causing him serious

gastrointestinal problems, as well as compounding his manic

depressive state. He was in poor health to begin with as a result of

the aspartame poisoning, but he at least could function and hold part

time work. Now he has been rendered totally incapacitated according

to him. It was not good for his situation.

Another customer of mine said after starting on TAIslim she went into

a deep depressive state and said her mind could not even function.

Was was a recovering victim to Splenda some years back. Another

customer of mine who is a Splenda user, after using TAIslim landed in

the hospital and is not on oxygen. WE do not know that TAIslim is

what caused his episode as he is insulin dependent diabetic and had

health issues, but it sure seems mighty strange after going through

two bottles of TAIslim he would land in the hospital.

I had used 6 bottles over a less than two month period and it has

caused damage to my joints. I noticed intense pain beginning in my

shoulders after about the fifth bottle, so I quit using it to rule

out. After three days the pain stopped. So I began to use it again.

Then after about four days the pain returned. Weather was in a

changing pattern so I blamed the pain on weather and age. I kept

using it another day or so and then stopped again. This time I quit

for a full seven days. The pain greatly diminished. Then I started on

the sixth bottle and in three days the pain returned with a

vengeance, only this time the damage was more complete and I live in

pain daily. I stopped using it at that point and began to research

ingredients. I was not aware sucralose was Splenda. I typed in joint

pain from sucralose in my search and came to site after site on the

damaging effects of sucralose and many testimonies of how toxic this

substance was.

In contacting FreeLife with my concerns about the toxic effect os

TAIslim, I got a response back from Rick Handel that he has no

intentions of removing sucralose from the product and said there is a

20 year study on the safety of the sucralose. He obviously did not

care that TAIslim almost killed one of my customers, has caused

serious joint damage in myself, and made other so sick. He basically

referred to us as die hard naturalists and we were falling for propaganda.

I have since learned my mother who was taking it also suffered pain

in her shoulders and gastrointestinal issues. And that was after

taking TAIslim. Living in excruciating pain daily is not fun. It has

prevented me from my massage practice, sleeping at night, not being

able to use my arms to their full extent and having to rely on pain

management just to get through each day. All from taking this so

called " natural " dietary supplement. I quit the company after my

experience and the stories from customers getting sick after taking

TAIslim. It would have been very irresponsible of me to continue to

use this substance. I did not know sucralose is in fact Splenda and

was clueless on just how seriously toxic this is. No weight loss is

worth spending the rest of ones life in pain or like George, near

death's door.

Because FreeLife is backing the product with their product developer

Rick Handel and are also clueless on how toxic this stuff is, how

many others out there are getting seriously ill from taking this and

do not even know why they are sick? How many are spending money on

test after test to find out why their shoulders are in such pain or

their bowels are not working. Is TAIslim safe? NO...it is a

neurotoxin that needs to be banned from the market.

Will I ever get my life back? Will I ever find a day without pain

again? All because of taking TAIslim? I do not run to doctors so I

have no proof, but I have proof I was not sick before using it, and

my experience of who the pain left after going off of it and returned

when resuming taking it. Bottom line, TAIslim is poisonous to the

human body and many people are going to be very sick from using it,

it is just a matter of time.

You may share this story with anyone with my full permission. If you

have any other questions feel free to call me. I will be out of town

for a few days from June 29 to July 2. 715-366-4098

>Last spring I got involved with product called Tai Slim. It was

The Lethal Science of

Splenda:

carbon.htm

Studies have shown that sucralose can:

* Cause the thymus to shrink by as much as 40% (the thymus is your

immune powerhouse - it produces T cells)

* Cause enlargement of the liver and kidneys

* Reduce growth rate as much as 20%

* Cause enlargement of the large bowel area

* Reduce the amount of good bacteria in the intestines by 50%

* Increase the pH level in the intestines (a risk factor for colon cancer)

* Contribute to weight gain

* Cause aborted pregnancy low fetal body weight

* Reduce red blood cell count

Particular warning to diabetics: Researchers found that diabetic

patients using sucralose showed a statistically significant increase

in glycosylated hemoglobin, a marker that is used to assess glycemic

control in diabetic patients. According to the FDA, " increases in

glycosolation in hemoglobin imply lessening of control of diabetes. "

It should also be noted that when Marianne Lamar's husband used

Splenda after getting off aspartame which caused a glioblastoma, he

immediately had a grand mal seizure. Finally the company admitted

that Splenda does cause seizures and migraines. I'm sure they didn't

admit it to the FDA.

Also, Dr. Bowen says if you go from aspartame to Splenda you will

maintain the reactions of aspartame and pick up those of Splenda. In

the case of George Jantz above he was find, had gotten off aspartame

years ago (His story in the Artificially Sweetened Times,

www.idaho-observer.com and gotten over his mental problems caused by

aspartame and other symptoms. With the use of Splenda they have

returned and he says he is dying. How do we help him? Remember

aspartame is a chemical hypersensitization product. Once off of it

you simply can't use processed foods.
