Online since 1998, this is the official on-line resource center dedicated to the research and judicial activism of International Human Rights Activist and HIV/AIDS Advocate, Dr. Boyd E. Graves. These resources are provided to help better educate the world on the factual information and tragic realities of the formerly secret U.S. Special Virus Cancer Program (1962-1978) and the evidence of the laboratory birth of HIV/AIDS.

Recently, Dr. Graves has created and presented the United States A National Strategy to End HIV/AIDS which includes immediate clinical trials of the U.S. Patented Cure for AIDS, Tetrasil and has contacted President-Elect Barack Obama to request his leadership on ending HIV/AIDS.

While Dr. Graves' unrelenting judicial activism in the United States Supreme Court, Congress, The United Nations, and NGO's around the world for the immediate review and full disclosure of the formerly secret U.S. Special Virus Cancer Program has received critical international acclaim; Dr. Graves still receives no public or private foundation funding for his work. Dr. Graves supports this crusade for the truth about HIV/AIDS with book sales, downloads and donations of other concerned persons around the world.
