Just direct this message to your delete box - it is a anomaly - nothing to do with the list owners and is beyond our control - it just needs to be deleted - we all get it everytime we post to this group only - you could call it harassment - it is the only group I get this message on and I belong to a heap of other groups as I'm sure you all do too.

I am a new member to this group. I am a female, 41 years old and suffer from Type 2 Diabetes. Have been on oral medications for the past 2 years. My diabetes is in good control but the last time I did a dilated eye exam the doctor told me that I have an incipient cataract though I am still young to get such eye disorders. Probably I was diabetic for many years before being formally diagnosed and my eyes got affected during that time. My question is does anyone know of a vitamin or herb that truly stops the progression of cataracts.
