Just wondering where you are. I think of Saw P as mostly Fl and always trying to

find other good herbalists in the area.

I just harvested some fresh Saw Palmetto berries. If someone could

share their extraction method I would appreciate it, i.e. what proof

alcohol, if you use fresh or dry berries, with or with out seeds, etc?
