Guest guest
Hi, Anyone have knowledge/experience with using Kelp for low thyroid? I'd like to hear how effective it is and if there are any side effects/potential problems. Also, is Kun Bu exactly the same as Kelp that can be bought at health food stores? Also, anyone know if kelp is safe in pregnancy? Thanks! Laura
Guest guest
Laura and all, For any information regarding the sea algeas and particularly in the treatment of thyroid diseases with them I strongly suggest www.ryandrum.com Ryan is a specialist in this area and his website has an abundance of information on the subject. Not sure what the site looks like these days as I can not access it from here in China. Ryan is an excellent herbalist and researcher (I doubt there is anyone anywhere who knows more about the subject), not to mention a great guy too....highly recommended.
