Guest guest
Roots tend to absorb toxins more than others... ie.. carrots as a conventional food probably fruits too (thin skinned). Pesticides are added to the sugary starchy stuff, because bugs like to eat those kinds of herbs. Ren shen is a big one (quintozine)... bugs love the heck out of ginseng Feng mi (honey) may have antibiotics and since they gather pollen from many flowers, there could be accumulated toxins... What about fat soluble herbs.... chemicals that accumulate in human fat (ie breast/ brain)... Da huang ? (goes into breast milk easier than other herbs) Other toxins... heavy metals, sulfur-dioxide...
