Guest guest
Has anyone had success treating lyme disease without antibiotics? I have a patient who is 13 years old and is diagnosed with Lyme disease. He has bouts of aching in the joints aggravated by stress and physical activity. He has not had the usual amoxacillan meds as he was not diagnosed with this until 6 weeks later when the window for antibiotics had essentially passed. It has been two years now and although he is better he still has weakness in his joints. Pulse is slippery and weak in the kidney position and tongue is pink with white coat and slight scallops. Mostly signs of damp with spleen qi deficiency and kidney weakness. Cheerful disposition, not at all depressed by condition. Anne Biris MSOM, L.Ac.
