how to treat patient with no temperature regulation?

I have a new patient coming in who had an electrical shock on his middle finger

(pericardium meridian) several years ago, and since then has little ability to

regulate his body temperature. He gets extremely hot and sweaty in hot weather

and extremely cold in cold weather. Sounds like a dysfunction of his Triple

Warmer. Anyone had success treating a case like this?
