Possible change in US Olive Oil Standards

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking comments on

the petition to change United States Standards for Grades of Olive Oil.

 

Olive oil producers submitted a petition asking the USDA to consider

revising the current US grade standards in order to conform with industry

standards commonly accepted in the United States and internationally.
