Guest guest
Alright, I've had this throat thing now for almost 4 weeks... now the back of my neck (especially if I shake my head or lean it backwards) feels stiff and aches up to the base of me brain and it makes me ears hurt too when I do it... Any quick Ideas on what to do about this, keeping in mind I'm not on any medication and have tried nothing for it... and herbal advice though appreciated won't be much help as all I have are mints and rosemary. I'm thinking of gargling with Lemon Myrtle.... Cheers! Guest guest
Dear Woobey, Do you have cayenne pepper? The hot water, lemon juice, honey and cayenne combination used to work like a charm on my daughter's frequent bouts of tonsillitis. For the neck, try the tennisballs in a sock routine. If no tennis balls, anything of similar shape and size. The idea is to put something in the two hollows at the base of the neck. Very relaxing. Hope you get better soon!
