Rheumatoid Arthritis

Hello everyone,

 

I have just recently moved again and so most stuff is packed up in boxes. A

friend of mine has rheumatoid arthritis and his ankles swell badly. He also

experiences a lot of pain.

 

I wanted to make some bath salts for him and I did have a recipe that I used to

use for my sister-in-law. Of course, now I can't find it.

 

I was wondering if anyone has a recipe or blend that they wouldn't mind sharing.

If I can't find a recipe, I'll just try and make something up. But I was hoping

that if someone had a recipe that they had had great success with and wouldn't

mind sharing it, it would be much quicker. I feel badly for the poor man as he

is in such pain lately.
