What did you extract it in? Is it the oil you're worried only has the

shelf life of a year, or the Melissa?

Depends on what you extracted it in. If its an oil with a long shelf

life, or alcohol, then sure, I don't see why you can't infuse it again.

If its an oil with a short shelf life and you are worried its turning,

then I wouldn't waste it and start fresh (also you can extend the shelf

life of your oil by putting it in the fridge and adding Vitamin E (an

anti-oxidant).

It is available as an EO - its just expensive and it is a REALLY bad

skin sensitizer - I mean REALLY!
