Guest guest
Morning all, On the topic of sprains and inflammation there are a number of oils which are great! Googling Aromatherapy Sprains should get you quite a few to choose from. I always add Australian Sandalwood and Kunzia to the blend for their analgesic qualities. However consider Rosemary Camphor, Eucalyptus citriadora as a start and go from there. Start on low percentages and go up till you get the desired result. Don't get carried away and go too high in percentage of EOs, there is a limit beyond which it is unwise to go. Regards Merinda When all else fail, cry!
