She said she never thought of making tea either, lol. also thought if you made a tea with it forst and then put it into hot chocolate as the water portion, bet that would be good! I also make a hot carob mint nip with it -- I infuse the milk (I use vanilla rice milk) with the chocolate mint while it is heating and then add carob powder and a bit of honey and it is soooo yummy!
