Guest guest
I'd love more info on this if anyone has it handy. I have an Epson Color CX3200 at home, and it blows through ink like nobody's business (well, except Epson's (grin!)) when I'm printing pictures. The local Office Depot will give you a ream of paper in exchange for bringing in your used ink cartridges, but only for Hewlett-Packard, their own brand, and one or two others -- not Epson or Epson clones. Would love to be able to do something besides throw my used cartridges in the trash. Guest guest
Karen, Check with local service groups to see if they trade used cartridges for money or product. My father is a Shriner, and their group turns in old cartridges to their main office. The offices sends them somewhere (I don't know where), and they get cash in return. The Masada Desert Patrol uses the cash to provide transportation to the Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children in Spokane, WA. This hospital is absolutely free of charge to the family. If a family needs transportation, a Shriner will drive the family to and from the hospital as many times as is needed. Hospital services are free of charge. Check with a local Shrine or Masonic Lodge. Or Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions, Elks, or Moose Lodge. Barb
Guest guest
It's true - they have a recycling program of their own!!! Save your ink cartridges, then mail them in to them. The first time, you are charged $10.00, but then refunded $5.00 and they pay the shipping. (Boy I do hope I remember this correctly - only used it once.) Get on their web site - you'll find all the info there. Buffy , " Karen M. Chan " <kmchan@l...> wrote: > I'd love more info on this if anyone has it handy.
