Guest guest
I totally concur with the importance of EFA's for any skin condition (or ANY condition, lol) but want to put in a few cents on eczema. Buy, borrow or steal the wonderful book by chiropractor Dr John Pagano " Healing Psoriasis " . It deals with eczema as well. I have an old hardcover copy with before and after pictures that will knock your socks off. Google it and you'll find many sources. The main gist of the book is that any skin condition has its origin in a malfunctioning of the digestive tract and a sluggish liver. Some people's psoriasis clears up with just slippery elm bark tea. One of the most important things you can do is play with your food. Find out what you are sensitive to. Food sensitivities are different from all-out allergies with sneezing and hives and such. Low-grade food sensitivities really confuse the H out of the immune system. Try going without wheat and/or dairy for a few weeks, and see what happens! Eczema and psoriasis are deep-seated conditions that rarely respond to any single magic bullet. All the best, Ien in the Kootenays ******************************* Stop. Breathe.
