Guest guest
hi all,i have a young guy who stated he got bad sun burn in jamaica a couple of years ago and hasnt been able to get rid of the scars since. He is mixed race and didnt think he needed sun tan lotion! It is odd looking almost vitiligo but dark,he went to gp who said it was pigment.Any ideas.Itold him it would take a while.Iwas thinking of using pure carrier oil to start withoput using oils, partly to see what the carriers alone are capable of and partly as i havnt done a " proper " consultation. Rosehip seems a good bet but anyadvice on using it in its pure form or mixing with another base.......what say you all??

Guest guest
Hi Paula, I am with you on the emu oil. The only thing different is, I use a little Immortelle E/O with it instead of the lavender. Guest guest
A week ago last Sat I was making strawberry jam and missed the jar and poured boiling jam over my thumb. I doused it with emu and dabbed on a few drops of lavender. NO pain at all and it's barely pink - healed real fast. I've never heard of Immortell e.o. What does it do ? What does it come from ? What does it smell like ?? Paula .......... in Michigan Hi Paula, I am with you on the emu oil. The only thing different is, I use a little Immortelle E/O with it instead of the lavender. Guest guest
It's Helichrysum essential oil. It's marvelous but pricey. Most really great things are but worth it. Guest guest
Rosehip Seed Oil blended with Corsican Helichrysum (italicum) EO is a wonderful choice for fading and healing scars. I'd make the Heli EO between 2% - 5% dilution in the Rose Hip Seed Oil. *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com <snipped> Rosehip seems a good bet but anyadvice on using it in its pure form or mixing with another base.......what say you all??
