What about the transdermal affects (or is it effects) of Emu Oil. This site: http://www.emu-oil.com/research.htm is just one more amoung many I have found toting the effects of the oil. Yes, I know some if not most papers are written for the way the author wants the outcome to be. As I live near Houston, I will contact the Medical School here and see if I can get a copy of their results. Their findings were on a different page within the same web site. Also know that the Burn Center down in Galveston were doing a study on it...will check if I can and see if that study has been completed or published. As a soap and toiletries maker, I first became aware of emu oil several years ago. I, my family, and customers, have used it both straight and in combination of essential oils, and also in lotion formulations. Straight, it has helped one particular customer with her psoriasis(sp?). As well as myself when my wrists are bothering me(joint pain). Of course, with the addition of essential oils, the emu oil being the carrier, it works as well, if not better. But I did the oil by itself to test whether or not it did what some of the studies have proclaimed. Just curious as to whether you have done any research into emu oil.
