Guest guest
How in the heck can someone ? Were you already using it professionally before it was trademark and did you file your business with the governmental agencies? This is a crazy world we live in. I like Spellbinding Essentials. It has a catchy ring to it.

Guest guest
Hi Gang, I need your creative assistance, my little company is under attack. A brittish company ( figures), has trade marked the name witch, here in Canada. So my little company name of witch essentials is currently being opposed by an expensive group of lawyers. I am looking to make a switch , I need to come up with a name that covers spell supplies, natural beauty products, candles, incense etc, oils and herbs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. Guest guest
I have had the business registered with the provincial government for 3 years now and was happily using the name. I had someone in Britian start using my company name and decided that I should trade mark it here in Canada, to avoid problems on this end. What a mistake, lol.. I have been in correspondance with these people and they are dead set against me using the word witch , period. Funny thing is that I really don't think that they are aware of the company on their native soil. Carol wngsolight wrote: >How in the heck can someone ?
