Guest guest
How about Magic Essentials? or Magical Essentials Elements of Magic Elemental of Witchery? I am still shaking my head about who in the world thinks they can trademark a word. Do you think perhaps they are bullying you and they actually have no legal claim? Maybe there is a place on the internet where you can look up trademark law.......I am dumbfounded.
Guest guest
I like spellbinding essentials, I'm just worried that its not catchy enough or that it might be too long. What do you all think of essentially magic? Carol

Guest guest
My vote goes to Escentially Magic! I still think it is an outrage that a noun can be trademarked, but after seeing what happened to Percy Schmeiser nothing surprises me anymore. For those not aware: Percy Schmeiser is a Saskatchewan farmer whose land became contaminated by Monsanto's round-up ready canola. This was bad enough, since he had been saving his own seed and did not want GM seed. But wait, it gets worse: Monsanto sued him! Can you believe it? It's like getting pregnant through a rape and then have the rapist turn around and charge a stud fee. To Canad'a everlasting shame he took it all the way to the Supreme court, and did not win. It goes against any common sense of justice. Google Percy Schmeiser for the whole story. Ien in the Kootenays **************************** " To treat life as less than a miracle is to give up on it.
