Guest guest
Jane, First off ask yourself what scents help you feel positive and confident? Mine is my favorite Fragrance oil it's called Morgan Le faye. It's a Vanilla/Musk/Amber blend. It calms me down and it kind of grounds me and helps me feel very confident, however it could be different for you... If you are looking for aromatherapy standards, they can sometimes be different however I know that Citrus scents usually lend themselves to giving energy.. If you are fatigued(sometimes being fatigued can lead to being underconfident or at least in my case it does.) I know there are other people on this list that know loads more than I do about Aromatherapy, and they are very good at what they do I'm just offering a way for you to personalize your blend so that it becomes the most effective for you...
