Guest guest Posted October 14, 2005 Report Share Posted October 14, 2005 I have to chime in here , cranberry is great! you can even use the capsules sold in the vitamine section... but as to the cranberry juice, it is recommended to use the NO SUGAR ADDED type, as the sugar can complicate matters... I have found in my house that the White cranberry no sugar added formula is the best... and it tastes great... my 13 year old will drink it just to drink it... it is nowhere near as bitter or dry as the regular red type.... it is really good!
