Joyce, what are you doing for them?

I am sure this forum has tons of suggestions.

If she gets to the point of needing

antibiotics she runs the danger of

getting into a vicious cycle.

Have you done the probiotic thing?

Cranberry juice?

Does she have any signs of candida yeast overload?

When it comes to UTI's, there are plenty of natural choices. If you

choose cranberry, the capsules are best. If you use the juice, it

MUST be 100% pure. No sugar, no grape juice added, etc. You've got

to drink an awful lot of it, so I usually suggest another option.

Asparagus is my personal fave.

Hope this list helps some,

Michelle

Asparagus

Birch

Blueberry

Buchu

Couch grass

Goldenrod

Goldenseal

Horseradish

Horsetail

Java tea

Juniper

Lovage

Nettle

Asparagus

As in, just eat it? Yum!

Birch

HOW does one use birch? Tea from leaves?

Couch grass

Yeah! we have plenty of that! How nice to know it is good for something. I knew

the rhizomes could be

used as an emergency food.

You are a fount of knowledge. Great list.

Hey Ien,

Well, as much as I love asparagus, I think you'd have to eat an awful

lot!

I don't make my own tinctures or grow my own herbs ;-( but all of

these things are conveniently available, and quite inexpensive, in

capsule form at most vitamin stores.
