Any ideas anyone

Make Cucumber and Onion salad, can toss some grape tomatoes in there too..If

you eat salmon, take a little sour cream or plain yogurt and blend pureed

cucumber into it and use that instead of tarter sauce(tastes really good if you

use a little dill on the salmon) ...cut them in halves or thirds and then

hollow them out into little cups and fill them with tuna or egg salad, and then

invite your friends over for lunch and impress them! :o))

HTH!!

I am totally glad that my local organic farmer's crops are producing

once again and she was able to supply the local organic veggie co-op

with veggie boxes today - BUT - I got 11 large cucumbers in my box!!!!

They aren't pickling cukes, they are regular cukes! 3 or 4 cukes I can

handle, but what in the world am I going to do with 11 large cucumbers??

Any ideas anyone (no perverted ideas, please ;-p)

onions in sour cream. But then, I lvoe cukes any way. When I go to a

Oh you betcha!! I used to say that she could make a 6 course gourmet

meal out a pair of old rubber boots. She cooked for all the ethnic

weddings and funerals in the town I grew up in. I would go to her house

and eat til I was sick! LOLOLOLOL

It was HEAVEN!!!
