It looks *much* more easy to navigate. The " Where to Find Articles " is

redundant. Under " Other " I'd leave off any other text, to be

consistent. I'd put your name, centered above the listings, where

" where to Find Articles is " . I'd center or somehow organize the

advertisers -- they're just floating around, asymetrically, lol. Put

Advertise with us in a less conspicuous spot.

 

Visit the sponsors isn't needed, esp. above the Gary Young rants. The

GY rants might be better in a box, or color block, by themselves. With

book reviews, and food recipies, there's consistency if the text would

be all the same color. Is the Google search button necessary? It would

take people off the site. I have an internal search button on my site

(which someone just recommended is typically at the *top* of the page,

so I'm moving mine.

 

You might want to code the site so if somebody clicks on a link, a new

browser page opens. That way, they'll stay opened on your site, and

keep moving through it, not go off on the other (I'm having to do that

with some stuff on my site.)

 

Sorry you asked, LOL? Your site is great, I'm just commenting what I

would do if it were mine.

Hi Anya

The ads up top are non negotiable, those spots were bought and paid for,

however I can try and see if I can't make them more symetrical. The only one

that I can play with is Marilyns (the Herb book) and I want to keep that on

the front page. I'll see if I can't place it better, but keep in mind, my

web misteressing skills suck in a major way!

I'll think about the google thingees, they bring me in a bit of money and

until I have more advertisers, I gotta bring money in somehow... at least if

folk leave the site, I get paid a bit for it! LOL!

And you're right about the GY rants, I'll have to see if maybe they don't

have a page to themselves as well... I won't title it " Rants " however! ROFL!
