Guest guest
Hi all - my patient has asked me to tap into your collective experience about this. Some of you may remember that I was looking for advice on filing a workers comp claim for ac for a man with a 13 neck injury that resulted in a cadaver bone graft to stabilize his neck. The request was denied, and denied again on appeal. We have the option of going to a state workers comp board to further appeal, which would involve lawyers blah blah blah. Can we just start this claim again? Get a new referral from his GP and begin anew? I have more information about how to speak workers comp - including resending all the extensive info they already have on this man, but apparently don't access... Ideas? tx so much k ps and tell me again why we want to work in the insurance system? Karen R. Adams, Lic Ac, Dipl Ac 25 - 27 Bank Row Greenfield, MA 01301 413-768-8333 I cannot be more than I am. I cannot be less than I am. But I must be all that I am.
