easy way to get listed as provider by ins?

I'm going throughthe process right now of trying to list myself as a provider

with different insurance companies, and I'm finding that I have to spend hours

on the phone for each one. Is there an easier way to do this? Does anyone have

any advice regarding either streamlining the process, or companies that are

really good in the NYC area? Any advice at all would be helpful.

I hire others to do this bit of tedium for me. It's worth it to me since it is

a big headache.
