Guest guest
Hi all: In light of Donald unreasonably making the reasonable suggestion that we stop talking in here and start writing the BMJ etc, I've written reuters in their comment section, see here: http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE62I00220100319 ...and I have written the BMJ as well. The reuters commentary by moi may be useful to all of you as you provide information to your patients that they can also easily disseminate, so please visit it and cut and paste it for your own uses. And thanks to Richard for posting the evidence of the global attack against AOM syndrome (GAAOMS). Down with GAAOMS!! Bye, Hugo ________________________________ Hugo Ramiro http://middlemedicine.wordpress.com http://www.middlemedicine.org ________________________________ " acudoc11 " <acudoc11 Chinese Medicine Fri, 19 March, 2010 15:06:56 Apparently an all Out Attack on AOM _http://news. google.com/ news/more? pz=1 & cf=all & ncl=dQ90o3uHcEDa aaMgWh84zY- kzV YAM_ (http://news. google.com/ news/more? pz=1 & cf=all & ncl=dQ90o3uHcEDa aaMgWh84zY- kzVYAM)
Guest guest
Hi all, in my follow up reading to this whole fiasco, I checked the reference listed in the BMJ for the 21st century mycobacterial problem (21CMP), and found that it was a discussion of 32 cases of infection in my own town of Toronto, Ontario. I thought I knew what it was about and sure enough it was an acupuncturist who got herself into a lot of trouble back in 2002 and infected people with, unfortunately, re-used needles. Here's the media story: http://www.healthwatcher.net/quackerywatch/alternative-medicine/acupuncture/tsta\ r021221gtainfection.html And this is the mycobacterial infection reference: http://cel.isiknowledge.com/InboundService.do?product=CEL & action=retrieve & SrcApp\ =Highwire & UT=000248050000003 & SID=2AC3pfDDjHj%40JOD1CKF & Init=Yes & SrcAuth=Highwire\ & mode=FullRecord & customersID=Highwire Down with 21CMP! Thanks, Hugo ________________________________ Hugo Ramiro http://middlemedicine.wordpress.com http://www.middlemedicine.org .._,___
