Greg,

Yes.. I've read this book, which makes a good case to eat like the Chinese.

I have it in my waiting room.

A great book! I think it asks all the right questions and gives all the right

It's a great book which somehow manages to delete the reasons why the Chinese

eat like they do - their medical science, for example.

Unfortunately it's not as simple as eliminating milk protein or animal protein,

although having more than 20% protein in the diet raises the risk for cancer

from between 4x to 100x. There are many factors in the causation of cancer, but

diet is a far bigger one than modern orthodoxy would want to admit. According to

Campbell, diet is a much bigger factor in the generation of cancer than

pollution / environmental toxicity is.
