Guest guest
Hello, Does anyone know of any treatment that could help a patient with Lou Gerhig's Disease? I am considering a strong Qi Tonic. Any suggestions or thoughts would be great. Guest guest
Wayne, I wouldn't consider giving anything without a very detailed Chinese medical diagnosis, you shouldn't assume that qi supplementing medicinals are automatically called for. . Guest guest
yes, Zev is right. I frequently have seen phlegm conditions with LG and used wen dan tang. My results were satisfactory only in the early stages of the disease. Guest guest
Hi Wayne, the few cases I have seen presented with strong phlegm pathology. Advanced stages of the disease were intractable as far as my treatments were concerned. It is also difficult to treat when the patient looks for miracles rather than the laborious work of absorbing their own inertia.
