A practitioner out of TAI SOPHIA in Columbia, Maryland,  Alaine Duncan,

introduced this at Walter Reed in Washington, DC some time ago.  My guess is

Robert Gates is referrring to this Walter Reed project.  Interesting the

military wife asked why acupuncture and chiropractic was not covered under her
