Thanks for your very interesting report.

Just one comment, if it may help you.

Cebaiye (bitter + astringent, slightly cold) cools the blood

(liangxue), stanches bleeding (zhixue) and, at the same time nourishes yin

(Yang3yin)or boosts yin (yiyin).Preferably treats bleeding at the upper part

(of the body)(for instance, cough type Feiyin xu with a bit of blood in the

phlegm).

Diyu (sour + cold) contracts/constrains (shoulian)and starches

bleeding. Diyu tan (charred Diyu) is used to treat bleeding from the lower part.

 

Paojiangtan (charred blastfried ginger) warms up meridians and

stops bleeding.
