Hi all,

Is anyone aware of any articles or Chinese language books on Pao Zhi? I am

interested in both traditional and modern work (i.e. scientific).

Thank you,

thomas

Thanks David, I have that book and although it is a good reference it does

not cover the methods of preparation very well nor does it have any science

that might have been done recently that would help me to understand it a

little better and assist in my venture of using these processes on Western

herbs.

I have done a bit of this already and have very much liked my results, but

there are many others that I would like to play with and would be excited to

have some way to exstrapolate how to prepare herbs that have never been

prepared using these methods before.

There is also a Chinese Materia Medica by You-ping Zhu that apparently has

some info but I jsut learned of it and haven't obtained it yet.

Thomas,

When I return to Beijing beginning of February I could have a look in the

bookstores for you. Just remind me around that time, ok?

Greetings,

Dagmar
