I have just joined this group, so I'll start by introducing myself. I've been

practicing for almost nine years, and have been using herbs -

both eastern and western for about 25 years. I've been a professor in the

Herbology Department at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego

for the past 7 years. Other than that, I like to garden, cook, read, write,

play and listen to music, and travel. Right now I have nothing else to post, as

I'm just dipping my toes into these waters. I look forward to sharing ideas

with all of you!
