Guest guest
Hello, For those of you who are not familiar with the history of homeopathy I would like to share a brief summary with you. There was a MD in Germany who was unhappy with the results that he was getting with allopathic medicines. He was so dedicated to the healing of disease that he shut down his own practice and set up his own studies, developed a science that he called homeopathy, developed a materia metica based on the law of similars. Soon others saw the good works produced with homeopathy, schools opened teaching homeopathy all over the US, homeopathic hospitals opened in the US. Eventually, the MD passed on, leaving his studies with his followers. Well, now you had the 'classic' homeopathic therapists who would never think of deviating from the original teachings. And you had the 'combination' homeopathic therapists who pioneered beyond the original teachings. The two started bickering back and forth, rocking each other's boats so to speak. Along came the AMA, ....all the homeopathic schools were shut down, all the homeopathic hospitals were closed, all of the homeopathic certifications were discontinued. To this date, 150 years later, the AMA has never allowed the return of homeopathic schools/hospitals/certifications/licensing. History can repeat itself.......
