Guest guest
Does any one know roughly how many hours of acupuncture is in the course at the emperors college (LA I think) so we can compare it to colleges here. And thanks for those people who sent me details on back pain and research and those who responded to the article in the British journal of medicine. Guest guest
Heiko, Emperor's program is 3,050 hours. We are currently restructuring this program and consider this to be insufficient. However, it isn't enough to just add hours. We just finished our revisions of the western medicine component. The training currently requires rotations with: (1) inpatient hospital settings such as Daniel Freeman Memorial hospital (2) outpatient integrated medical settings at LA Free Clinic and UCLA's Arthur Ashe student health services center. Guest guest
Will, didn't Heiko want to know how many hours of acupuncture were in your program? Not how many hours total were in your program. Julie
