Guest guest
Heiko, This condition is also called Leichen Sclerosis? I have treated two cases of this and the treatment strategy of moving blood, nourishing Yin and supplementing blood worked as did the use of a sitz bath composed primarily of Qing Dai San. When I say worked, it stopped further erosion of tissue Will Peter Borten wrote that in the Blue P oppy's translation that Wu jia pi can treat genital erosion.I have a patient that has leptosclerosis a rare genetic disease ,Scottish based that causes a fungus to attack the genitals (in women only I think) which causes them to disolve . I would try it except that she is super sensative to herbs/moxa /foods /vitamins .......but I guess its worth a try.
