Scalp acupuncturist referral needed

I have an older friend with a complicated ataxia who needs treatment so

he will not lose the ability to walk. Can feel some types of stimulus

but not thers. Has lost significant inner calf muscle. VA neurologists

haven't been able to help. Looking for a referral in the NYC area.
