Guest guest
Dear All, To answer Alon's question regarding how consistently I can elicit information on the onset of chills or feverishness, pretty often. I also train my patients to pay specific attention to it but yes sometimes its difficult to tell and I have recourse to the neutral approach as well. Maybe they're telling me what I want to hear, but my patients often remember those odd details particularly if it was " the bad cold they never really recovered from " suggestive of latency. In thinking about this, I am realizing how important it is to differentiate between an early or ambiguous wind pattern, and one that simply lacks exterior sx. of any kind, which may also be suggestive of latency. I could see myself jumping to an erroneous conclusion one way or another on a busy day. Thanks for raising the point. sorry if I came off sounding as if I was criticizing you or the fire with fire treatment strategy in any way. That wasn't the intent. I am aware of your previous postings on climate. I just grabbed the closest example at hand in a reckless moment of passionate exposition.
