Do you actually see floating pulse in your patients with common cold? I rarely do. I always assumed this was because most patients have chronic disorders that mask the pulse with chronic indications. But perhaps the absence of the fu mai means that what I often suspect is true, which is that most of my cold patients do not have exterior symptoms.
