Guest guest Posted November 28, 2000 Report Share Posted November 28, 2000 I'd try Bidens pilosa (Xian feng cao / Spanish needle) if it grows in your area. You can use it as a single ingredient (up to 1 liang), or mix it with Zhi zi. If you gather it yourself, pull it when flowering but before it's gone to seed. Stick the roots briefly in boiling water and hang it upside down. Within a few hours you can use it. David wrote: > , " Matthew H.
