Guest guest Posted December 1, 2000 Report Share Posted December 1, 2000 Hello all, I have a patient, female, 19, who is diagnosed as LQTS - for me she presents with Ki Yang Xu signs: pale, cold, watery stools, pulse thin and weak especially on both Ki positions, tongue thin, red, bluish in the middle and a dip wthout coating in th e lower warmer (Ki....) She is now on Beta Blockade, but still loosening consciousness on stress (sports - fright ... and she is fearfull - the possibility to use a cardioverter-defibrillator caused a shock in her - now she is even more fearfull, without drive, no perspective) I don´t have any experience with that western syndrome - does anybody have some suggestions, experience with TCM Thanks for any help Bodo [i am german - in case anyone wants to answer in german ;-) ] Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Regular sex also protects against prostate disease. I wonder what constitutes too much or too little. Abstinence seems quite harmful. The prohibition stems from what is essentially a religious belief. I have yet to validate it in my practice. I also submit that if Yan de xin is correct that blood stagnation, not kidney xu, is the main factor in aging, then perhaps blood invigoration from sex may be good for you.
