You've got to be kidding. I never cease to be amazed.

How old is she? Any pregnancies? I assume she has not given birth

recently, but look for other prolactin stimulants.

Any Stomach channel issues?

Thanks for your attention Karen,

She is 40 yrs old and has an 18yr old and 12yr old twins.

The only stomach channel symptom would be the eye sensitivity which usually

only comes with the headaches.

She did start a course of vitamins when she learned of the peridontal

disease last summer including;

usana multi vitamin, multi mineral, mega AO supplement with CoQ10, extra vit

E, extra Co Q10, Vit C, and she did bluegreen algae for 2 wks but this has

been a few months now. Otherwise no dietary changes.

The only prolactin stimulants I could find of were fenugreek, oatmeal and

beer and she does none of those, any other clues?

I wonder if the sweet black watery liquid could have anything to do with

discharging of the diet coke she drank over the yrs? Maybe her husband could

expound upon the taste.

I would think dampheat is present with hx of candida, vaginal disharge

and the quality of the breast discharge. What type of kidney xu do you

suspect and what sx justify it. Are you planning to use all the herbs

you suggest? They all look like they can be justified but I think it

should be pared down to a reasonable size rx.

Si jun zi tang plus xiao yao wan starts to look a lot like bu zhong yi

qi tang. I like the dan shen and the dampheat herbs, too. But I might

start with just that. A current bias on my part, though. Some folks

like 18 herb formulas.

She did have a neck injury during gymnastics as a teenager, and as a matter

of fact, she was put on medication at that time for a blocked pituitary

gland. By age 16-17yrs old the symptoms had gone away. She was taken off the

medication.

3 yrs ago they came back...(brought on by stress) pain in the eyes, light

refraction, spots in the vision, tension in the occiput, neck and shoulders,

migraine headaches, continuous nausea, clicking in the ears (that and low

sex drive were the only kidney symtoms I could come up with), plugged around

the ear, more specifically tonsil (right side), almost like a sore throat,

especially tender around feng chi on the left side and equilibrium is off..

I treated her with herbs and acu 2yrs ago for the migraines, and although

the migraines disappeared, and other symptoms lessened, as I mentioned in

the first post, she still has occasional headaches of different

descriptions.

So this is very interesting, the blocked pituitary gland syndrome

reappearing?

She was not excited about going to a western doctor but I'm sure she will if

I ask her too.

If it turns out to be a tumour of the pituitary, would anyone recommend this

being treated with herbs?

Once again, thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated

Marjorie
