Looking for Practitioner in Key Largo area

I have a friend requesting a practitioner for her 92 year old

grandfather in the Key Largo (FL) area. He has been having some

difficulty with nose bleeds. He has been treated by western medicine

with limited success. Apparently the definative treatment would be

surgery for which he is not a candidate due to his age.
