Guest guest
There are good news concerning the present acupuncture rules in Nevada. They are about to change! Couple of bills in the assembly are about to open the market for the state. There is one problem. One bill AB 302 supported by the board would require a B.A. in addition to a 4 years acupuncture degree. I believe a similar bill failed in California a couple of years ago. The other bill AB 339 would require a 4 years accredited school degree and the NCCAOM examination. My intention is to support the latter for fairness' sake. I was wondering if anyone knows a good source of information such as safety data where I could show comparisons between states etc. My intention is to show there is no difference concerning safety issues such as accidents or malpractice cases between states that have more stringent laws, versus the ones with more lax requirements. Also any suggestions on what strategies to best pursue in order to help this issue would be very welcomed.
