Guest guest
Hello everyone, anyone! I have a fellow coming in this afternoon who had his hand purlverized in a chipper/shredder accident two wks ago. The surgeons have just recently cut the hand off. He is experiencing pain in the tendons of the upper arm. I need help putting together a balanced formula for invigorating blood, alleviating pain, relaxing tendons, and treating shock. Some possibilities are ju xue teng, yan hu suo, e zhu, san leng ru xiang mo ya, wang bu liu xing, xue jie, etc. This is not the normal protocal for putting together a formula, for me anyway. I am wondering about dosages and what herbs one would use for shock as well Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Marjorie mdavid
Guest guest
I was a bit hasty. He is about 50 yrs old, quite well balanced, uses his joints a lot, grow almost all their own food (from what I remember of his diagnosis a couple yrs ago, don't have his file handy) ....being phobic of needles, I treated him with bu yang wang wu tang +/- for an inflamed, swollen ankle, which helped a lot. Thanks, Marjorie
