Has anyone been to China recently and like to correct the British JM. Heiko

I was there in 1997 and there were acupuncturists writing prescriptions, though usually for special patients with whom they had developed a repore. Never saw any of the herbalists/internal medicine people doing acupuncture, though. Everybody used western medicine and tests as appropriate, either to rule something out or to provide additional help for associated pathologies that were suspected. -- Al Stone L.Ac. <AlStone http://www.BeyondWellBeing.com Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.
