Guest guest
Hello group.I am looking for adwise in the case of 8 year old boy.He has typical hay fever presentation:sneezing,red- itchy- swallen eyes, stuffed nose, some nasal discharge -not much. This is his second season with this allergy,he gets it if he plays on the grass mostly. He started having it after he had a rough year at school having had 3 streps during winter, treated with antibiotics. In spring he was in a woody area of Meryland and was bitten by a tick(Lyme suspected),at the same time he got chicken pox ,and got another strep, and started showing symptoms of allergies. He was treated by Chinese Doctor and got well. When tested he was negative for strep and Lime.In fall he had no allergies, but this spring he got it again. He is otherwise a healthy boy and has no other allergies .Has anybody worked with kids before with this type of problem,is this permanent and he will have it every year?Do you treat it as wind-heat attack? Please let me know, any adwise is greatly appreciated.
