To clarify

(in western terminology).. the dx is stasis dermatitis on the medial-malleolus

(unilaterally) covering approximately 4 inches. It has been going on for 1 ½ years. There is underlying blood stasis and

spleen qi xu. The patient has

hypertension. I have an internal

rx, but am looking for a good external app. The book contains the following general rx:

Lu lu tong

Cang zhu

Bai bu

Ai ye

Ku fan

I am not

clear about this combo, I would like something more specific, I know little

about external apps. Any suggestions?

yin

xie bing - silver scale disease

I was wondering what people are prescribing for yin

xie bing (particularly with a chronic-xue yu presentation)… Both internally and

external apps. – The book I have

here mentions ‘huo xue san yu tang’ or ‘bai bi tang’ (internally) and I am

considering lu lu tong shui xi ji (liquidamber wash) for an external app.? Any

suggestions or comments?
