hi everyone- i hate to change the subject- but i recently started to tx

a 37 yo female who's chief complaint is inhibited orgasm. She can have

an orgasm but it takes an extremely long time if and when she can

achieve it. Her main s/s are Sp Qi Xu w damp, Lv qi Stag/blood Stasis-

but most of these symptoms are minor. She gets mild PMS and a thick

white discharge at ovulation. She has a good libido and is 10lbs over

weight, but active and healthy. I'm not sure if this would actually be

considered a pathology or just the way it is. Would tx her s/s actually

help her out or is there something i'm missing. thanks chet

In addition to more lifestyle info, I'd want to know more about why this

is a problem for her. Is her partner not able to sustain an erection

for however long it takes her? How long is 'extremely long?'

Perhaps this is a matter for a sex therapist.
